The culture was incredibly collaborative, and everyone – from senior engineers to other interns – was always willing to lend a hand. I never felt like a question was too basic, and there was a genuine sense of wanting everyone to succeed. This support system played a huge role in my achievements. For example, when I got stuck on a particularly gnarly bug, my mentor (who happened to be a lead engineer!), took the time to walk me through the debugging process step-by-step. That one session not only helped me fix the bug but also equipped me with valuable problem-solving skills I'll carry forward.

Bad experience. Management was bad and they didn’t help you with much. Not a whole lot of support from management.

Decent. Good product and good market, student loan industry largely affected by what government does.
