It was ok. They began to add headcount and cut everyone’s pay with no warning. Company culture of low performers and managers that just suck up to each other instead of doing what’s best for their teams.

Personally love the company. Outside it’s a hard generation of pleasing everyone, I couldn’t ask for a better team of leaders and sales team. We are creating a culture that I didn’t think existed anymore, one where everyone hustles hard and looks out for one another. Earn your way and the sky is the limit, nothing is given but you can earn it.

My overall experience was okay. I was doing others work and not being compensated for it. Upper management was great but direct management was super poor. Growth opportunity is possible, but the culture locally isn’t great.
