Quotas are realistic, although a shift to “buckets” has made full OTE and bonuses less realistic. 3/4 buckets is a reasonable expectation for most of the sales force, and there are several good resources to help with selling.

Former Employee4.1Oct 10, 2024I had a great experience with S&N. The leadership team is fantastic and the culture is very positive. The challenge I experienced was continued revenue growth. S&N has strong product in most segments but struggle in others.
