- AI by name only. Not a true AI company, as they have no R&D in actually building a true AI product. - Impossible quota - Leadership is not receptive to any Strategic Sales activities. A lot has changed at Smith.ai. There used to be copious leads and full calendars, but after a rampant hiring spree and leads being spread thin, plus a rush to market with a new product AND comp plan changes... it ain't like the good ol' days, so to speak. Still a lot of future potential here, though, I will say that much and the people are really great.
