100% commission based role. Must hit minimum revenue and/or closing rate in order to keep your contract. Fast-paced growth-minded company. Hustle culture. Really fun people to work with, but the grind never stops. Almost impossible to take time off without having your business suffer. Must always be available to your clients to be successful. Leads are provided to you, but the quality of those leads is highly variable.

I am a 1099 contracted employee for Smart City as an apartment locator! The company is SUPER fun to work for. There's always people in the office, fun events going on, you are given leads, and occasional (every two months or so) there are incentives where you can earn awesome items based on your monthly revenue! There's no base pay here -- which is normal for most brokerages. If you want to make over $50k for take home you'll definitely have to grind. If you're looking to take home $100k+ just know you'll have to eat, sleep, and breathe SC and even then you may not even hit the $100k mark.
