Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee There's no base pay here -- which is normal for most brokerages. If you want to make over $50k for take home you'll definitely have to grind. If you're looking to take home $100k+ just know you'll have to eat, sleep, and breathe SC and even then you may not even hit the $100k mark. Lead quality has consistently gone downhill over the years. It would be so so so much better if they would just allow people to work this job part time because I wouldn't say this a great paying job in the economy we're in. It's better to have if you want some side money. If you want to do it on the side then they'll force you into being an independent agent and then from there you are pretty much only working on referrals or repeat business while also having to pay them monthly.
