Current Employee2.1Sep 4, 2024While the product itself is great, the organization is a bit of a mess. Leadership keeps making internal changes that affect the ability to sell to prospects and align internal resources. Not a ton of focus on feedback from leadership on areas to improve. More processes that create non-revenue focused work vs. actual selling. Leadership changes are constant.
