The company is trying to get investors on board, leading to multiple layoffs. Zero job security, the leads are terrible that they give you, and outbound prospecting was never mastered so this also is a flop no matter what you try to do, it's a mess. I was told by multiple higher-ups to actively be looking for another job "just in case".
