My overall experience wasn’t good, they’ve changed the commission structure twice since I’ve been here. They’ve cut commissions into half, and then half again. They also changed our product to be 3x harder to sell, while upping our quotas to hit. Work anywhere else if you have the option.

Good sales environment and opportunity to generate an upper middle class living if are good on the phones and are able to navigate a highly political internal environment.
