Current Employee Company prides itself on its culture, which is very strong. However, this comes at the cost of compensation and job security. Commissions vary widely depending on sales territory, and leadership doesn’t have a comforting grasp on sales targets. But culture is truly great and genuinely a fun place to work. Lots of “founder energy,” prides themselves on being “a pirate ship, not a cruise ship” … for better or worse.
