RUN!!!! I was brought in as an SAE. Within my first two weeks I watched 11 people get let go or quit, including my boss. I was left to train myself on the product and sales process. This place is a revolving door that lacks direction and culture. Place is known for yearly reorgs. They do not care about their staff and have been known to withhold commissions.

My overall experience in 2021 and 2022 was highly positive. However, a recent COO hire has utterly destroyed the culture.

The team was collaborative. The culture was good in the sales team. Upper management was disconnected.
