Leadership was the biggest challenge. And culture was difficult to be a part of. No one in the industry knew about Sciencelogic even though they have been around for over 20 years. Marketing is terrible, and needs to be fixed on a grand scale.

The company has a great product and environment for learning and growing. The base compensation was above average during a time when many in tech are experiencing layoffs. However, there is no variable for CSMs, only annual bonus.
