New sales managers are great. They will support you as best they can, but with pressure from CEO/board and their calendars being filled to the brim it can be hard for them.

This role is what you would expect at a startup. BDRs make 85 calls per day. Leadership is spread thin, wearing multiple hats. High turnover. Not much upward mobility.

am not sure where to start but our leadership team is a disaster, specifically our CFO/HR Head (see the conflict of interest). The CFO is further enabled by his close friendship with the CEO.
