The company has so much potential to succeed but continually shoots themselves in the foot. They do not care about the customers and that is not hidden from the customers. Management is largely incompetent and comprised of people who have “hung around” longer than others. They do take care of their own with lunches and decent-good pay most likely because they realize they request employees to do an impossible task which is keep customers around that the company clearly doesn’t care about.
