Generac is a great company they just don't pay most employees well. Engineering and some national account managers crush but almost everyone is in the $45k - $70k range. The product is positioned extremely well it is the number #1 brand in the space by a wide margin. Generac does not sell direct to consumer so all roles are account management in onw way or another.
