The entire premise of what they sold me on had changed. Fortunately, I wasn't let go, but I needed more stability at this particular time so I left.

Current Employee3.9Aug 12, 2024Compensation is good although not too high compared to other companies out there. Incentives mainly apply to sellers not to sales engineers. They rather decrease incentives (make them hard to get) there. But the variable part is very low anyways.
