My overall experience was positive, I love my team and my customers! The market is always in demand so the job stability is there. However, there is not much room for growth or opportunities to increase your overall base salary. The commission structure does not provide room to create an OTE of over $100,000.

Minorities are often looked over when it comes to moving up in the company, and when you bring up issues they tend to find ways to shut you up.

Lots of driving and putting out fires. It can be the best or worst job you've ever had. Also lots of opportunities. There are tons of millionaires via company stock and it's life changing for a lot of people - even warehouse workers
