Recent changes to the company and complete decimation of the culture have turned what was a wonderful place to work into a toxic environment with equity hatchet men firing people without warning and placing blame for the sales team not hitting their number on the SDRs, AEs and SEs rather than on the executives. They got greedy, ballooned the sales org way beyond their market share and now are chopping the company to bits trying to save their "IPO readiness" plan. It's really sad to see what is happening. People are even quitting in this tough job market and that says a lot.
