Leadership is very old school and it shows in base compensation and favoritism, however if you have the right assignment and territory you'll have the opportunity to close large deals and make multi six figure commission checks.

Local management plays favorites and picks winners and losers. Hires friends with zero sales experience and gives then great accounts.
