You can make as much money as you can make if you grind and stay off the radar. All lucrative leads and inbound deals get given to the people that are on the managers good side at the time. Unfortunately a real "good ole boys club" culture and atmosphere of politics dominate the company from top to bottom.

I loved working at Rush. I worked at the same dealership for 10 years and we were bought out by Rush in 2021. Rush is a publicly traded company but do not let that fool you, they are very loyal and the leadership is top notch. I would recommend any of my friends or colleagues to join the Rush team
