Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Management turnover is horrendous. All reps have had at least 3 managers in the past 12 months, with some on their 5th manager. In the US, they fired half the sales team (6 of the 16 or so) in September, then did so again in January. Most of the smart, performing reps then left. The C-Suite and board then began hire bullies who "manage" instead of performers who lead. This new management style has resulted in the departure of high performance and beloved reps and contributors. The company was a rocket ship back in 2021 when money was cheap, but I suppose the C-suite is feeling the burden of having raised $100M in their series A, as they desperately need to pay back their investors, despite declining sales growth.
