Great place to start a sales career. Awful base salary but incredible training. I would definitely recommend as a place to start out of college, but you will be working long hours. When rates were low we were pushing 70 hours a week but were making money hands over fist. All about the lifestyle you want at that time in ur life.

Great sales training for retail mortgages. Company paid for SAFE training and licensing. If you have a support system, savings, and very little responsibility or commitments outside of work it could be a good fit.
