I am still employed at RB. So far, it’s the best job I’ve ever had. Commission payout schedule is not good though. It would make more send to pay commission monthly, not quarterly.

Over a decade with company. First 6 years were great then Board hired an outside CEO for first time in company’s history. High paid managers - not leaders - whose only concern is to shareholders and their own bonus money. Zero understanding of, or relationship to, RBs industry or customers. 1/2 of tenured sales professionals with over 10 yrs experience left...Read More
