High paid managers - not leaders - whose only concern is to shareholders and their own bonus money. Zero understanding of, or relationship to, RBs industry or customers.
1/2 of tenured sales professionals with over 10 yrs experience left within the last 36 months. Taking their experience, as well as their contacts and relationships with them out the door. Such a mass exodus that you’d have thought Moses was working there and leaving.
Putting all that talent and opportunity with other smaller and more agile companies at the long term expense to RB itself. Thanks for the training! Now every competitor knows how the sausage is made at RB - erasing much of the competitive edge they once long enjoyed.
