Lots of changes to teams and org structure that make it hard to get into a rhythm. Turnover has been high. Mainly legacy AEs and Sales Managers making quota with SDRs doing most of the leg work. Tech stack is poorly configured, and you will end up doing a lot of manual work.

Great place to work, good sales culture, company invests in the tools necessary to allow reps to succeed. Company could implement better rewards for higher performing reps, ex. President's Club, annual bonus, etc. It's hard to complain about this company though.
