The culture is very enjoyable. This company has done a complete rebrand and is much better. They really take care of their employees and want them to succeed. Plenty of opportunities to earn extra money outside of commission and base salary.

Culture is good and the base is competitive for the role. Leadership supports but I wish there was more emphasis on consistent quality training. It was up and down and we never got consistent training through out the year to help. The product is great but extremely difficult to book demos because of how competitive the market already is.
