1) good place to learn to be an SDR 2) you might not be in a tech project - maybe 65% are tech 3) the comission is based on the difficuly of booking a meeting 4) they micro manage you but dont really care as long you hit the quota 5) they want you in office & to be at silly corporate events 6) you need to act like you are one of the "boys" - if you are a lady its actually better bc you dont have to pretend 7) theres no career path here, get your 1 year experience and go 8) try to ask for a promotion ASAP and you can get like a 5% bump

Great place to start your sales career with excellent training. Not much in terms of career advancement beyond Team Lead or Account Manager spots that are few and far between.

Great place to start your career in sales. The training and culture is great. The base is low compared to the market but the training and learning opportunities are worth it.
