We used to be #1 in the industry but the decreasing quality of the product, increasing amount of time to fix bugs and regular price increases have made a tremendous impact on churn, not in the good way. Obvi. It feels like the owners are getting ready for a change so hopefully this ship turns back around in a few months.

Former Employee1.7Dec 7, 2023I learned a lot but it’s a stepping stone, not a career. Culture is deadly , territory makes it impossible to hit quota, laid off majority of product, marketing and support and big surprise…. The product is now failing.
