Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It's a good place to start in SaaS data analytics, however compensation does not keep up with market. It's more of an incubator type place for sales people. I did receive great training and hands-on experience in their market. However, there is a bit of an "old boys" network in the management. The technical resources (people) in the company were excellent though! I was always impressed with the available technical knowledge and their willingness to educate others in the company. That is, until the company was being positioned to be sold. Then the intellectual property that walked out the door on a near weekly basis was disturbing. Morale plummeted but no one knew why things were going downhill so fast until after some layoffs and operating under a skeleton crew.
