Current Employee Overall, my experience here was positive. This was my first job out of college and helped me develop the soft skills necessary to be a productive sales professional. During my time here we’ve gone through several restructures, but the job security for this position is high. The best part about this job for me has been working for my boss. He truly cares about all of his reps and customers. He is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all of his reps are making as much money as possible and executing on a high level. There is a good work life balance, however, be prepared to work around the holidays. You’ll get the holiday off, but the days leading up to; and following are usually when you’re the busiest. also, PTO is blacked out for November in December as that is the busiest time of the year. Also, the paychecks do fluctuate seasonally.
