Current Employee3.6Jul 15, 2024Overall experience was good. You can make 150-250 in your first year easy. You have to spend a lot of your own money on car expenses with 30k+ miles driven per year. If you crush it you make a lot, if not you make 6 figures after expenses still. Nights and weekends are tough but scheduling flexibility is nice

Former Employee1.7Aug 29, 2023Took 4 months to even get a comp plan to myself (manager) and my team (canvassers). Comp plan made no sense and was completely unachievable. Upper management would then regularly complain about lack of results and the team not being motivated enough and were just happy “living off the base.” It was disgusting.

Former Employee2.4Aug 27, 2023Disappointing. The location I worked at was a franchise and it became increasingly clear over my time there that nobody at the franchise was getting their information from corporate. This resulted in a lot of incorrect information going out to customers and hindered ability for the design consultants.
