Took 4 months to even get a comp plan to myself (manager) and my team (canvassers). Comp plan made no sense and was completely unachievable. Upper management would then regularly complain about lack of results and the team not being motivated enough and were just happy “living off the base.” It was disgusting.

Good compensation when you’re selling. It is 100 percent commission. This job pays off for those willing to stick with it.
