Pay changed recently. Removed base pay plus bonus and transitioned to straight commission with a share in revenue but still considered employee. With a bi-weekly draw. No closings, your in debt to Redfin. If you're in a market where the average home sale is high, this might not matter to you. This comp plan was definitely geared towards those markets. Smaller markets, expect to work much harder to try and reach that potential in order to receive a higher split of the revenue.

My overall experience was positive. In the same role I had 5 different managers in 1 year ranging from "I'm too busy, figure it out yourself" to "You will work on this specific thing right now". There are people who were hired for Senior Management that were not ready and/or trained well, but there was a lot of room to get promoted and increase your compensation.
