Goals are set on corporate ideals. Way too many sales people for the amount of leads generated. Product was great at one time, but hasn’t kept pace with the industry. Product team doesn’t listen to customer needs.

My overall experience was ok. The first year was great, the quota is tangible with majority of reps hitting it, second year they changed comp and have unattainable quota. Don't recommend working for.
