Former Employee My overall experience was good, but they ended up letting me go due to "inconsistent performance" They had hired me essentially out of university with the goal of training me on everything from the product to sales tech stack to scripts and prospecting. I had some bumps early on in the year but was middle of the pack (we had 1 top performer who hit quota sometimes) and then I was let go kind of surprisingly. I am still a bit miffed at the reason as I was not the bottom performer and actually had performed relatively on par with my colleagues.
