RSM has been (and continues to be) a terrific place to serve on multiple fronts. First, the culture is healthy and dynamic - effective leadership, engaged team members, and a family vibe. The product serves the market well, and the compensation is strong from what I've seen. Love being here and grateful for the opportunity.

If you like selling this is not the place for you, sit back and wait for people to bring you deals and then have multiple other BD's try to tag themselves to your deals and take your money.

Terrible, stay far away RSM has no process to get new reps on board and prodcing and the legacy reps will steal al of your business
