Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at REVGEN is terrifying. The pressure of hitting quota and making 150 calls a day has no room for a healthy work-life balance. Leadership and management are a cut paste model, in where everyone repeats the same thing over and over. Swapped with internal useless meetings, takes up so much time. Management is fake, no real leaders. But the training is legit, but for the pay it’s not worth your time. Maybe try it to see if sales is your cup of tea, but at the same time, it’s nothing like the real thing. They abuse their staff while making a killing with their clients. I would run as fast as you can from Revgen if possible.
