There are new marketing and sales leaders roughly every 9-12 months (check LinkedIn), which adversely impacts the development of any cohesive strategy and market momentum. Product is a laggard and there is no support from marketing for inbound or brand awareness. Good mobility upwards on certain teams but no training team the past 2 years so development support is negligible. Stagnant revenue. Good place to learn programmatic but no future for this company within competitor set as things stand. Sales team is relatively small so lots of green fields to operate within for creative sales reps. Company is dominated by product/eng, with finance/legal in second place, and then sales bringing up the rear in importance. Quotas have been astronomical the last year+ as a cost cutting measure.
