Everything has changed since silver lake purchase Qualtrics. Pricing and go to market structure is completely direct with no training and education and senior leadership is leaving.

There are is still a huge opportunity to succeed but expect to get there on your own, training, internal systems, and marketing are all the worst I've seen in the industry. Great if you are on a good team, terrible on a bad one.

Leadership is Misaligned on what incentives push sales individuals. Base price of the core product is at an ultra premium which is limiting potential clientele.
