Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It’s a decent company to work for. It will solely depend on your direct manager and analysts. As the majority of executives are clueless and are starting to implement several micromanagement tools to their sales team.
They state it’s for coaching or to help. I have not once received help from the executive leadership. In fact, I’ve only received negative dollar amounts from commission restructures yearly, not approving a deal and having to take the hit.
For the analyst position, they should be required to call or touch base with top accounts. Majority just sit behind their computer and make excuses.
Things that need to change with the organization:
Provide actual support to your teams. And no, this is not done by listening to their calls or providing bullshit stats. Executives shouldn’t be given yearly sales trips. Require analysts to have metrics (make calls). Customer support that actually resolves the problem. Browse Other Reviews
