This was a wonderful place to work until they were sold to a PE firm. New management came in and overhauled pretty much everything. Company culture was destroyed, everything became extremely corporate, and management started to care more about the time you spent agreeing with them and salesforce hygiene than they did about actually closing deals. "Sales Directors" have little to no experience selling, do more to harm deals than help them, and are simply mouth pieces carrying out upper managements orders. Lead flow non existent. Compensation low to average, culture horrible, product sometimes works, but support is lacking in comparison to what customers are needing.

great company, great product, great culture and people overall however when they tell you they want you to speak your mind (politely ofc) they dont actually mean it and will can you the moment you say something they dont like. (sales management)
