Generally a positive experience working alongside some great people. Company is struggling a bit to differentiate in the marketplace. Marketing is not performing as expected which has had a great impact on lead flow, and the organization is underperforming. Given there is PE backing this has led to unfortunate decisions to cut staff. Expect current PE firm to seek exit in the next one to two years.

This was a wonderful place to work until they were sold to a PE firm. New management came in and overhauled pretty much everything. Company culture was destroyed, everything became extremely corporate, and management started to care more about the time you spent agreeing with them and salesforce hygiene than they did about actually closing deals.
