Lacks culture, people over profits model where mediocrity reigns and performance is not measured holistically. This company has a lot of potential if they can shift their focus from being a family to a sports team that wants to outperform. the XDR team was a mess. The main culprits have left but the remaining leaders did nothing to ease the craziness before they went. Comp plan was changed constantly, no one hit target. very little enablement despite hiring people with no inside sales experience. base pay was pretty bad too. Did get me my start in SaaS sales tho, will always thank them for that
