Inbound leads are reserved only for newer reps, yet there is a culture of turning inbound accounts into outbound accounts, which makes it hard for more experienced reps to maintain a healthy book of business. Furthermore, in the last year, there has been a drastic change in the comp package, which has resulted in the entire team losing out on over 30% of their potential pay (at no fault of their own). This decision was made despite objections of most company leadership, and has left the team perplexed. Despite all of this, mot of the company's leaders are great.
