This company is all over the place, makes you think you are not just a number but at the end of the day you are just a number. The management is toxic, communication is horrible, promises are made but not kept, over look internal employees for promotion. Extremely outside hire happy. The sales leaders here micromanage employees to the point of burning them out. Leadership decisions are reactionary and made on a whim. Would not ever recommend working here as when they are done with you they will push you out.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy , BDR Director is trash, no communication, no raises, micromanaged, and just a horrible culture.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend working at Profitsolv to my worst enemy. The leadership is there strictly cover their own butts my making the lower ranks hit performing metrics.
