A culture of employees treated as a revenue source rather than apart of a greater team. Executive management micromanages staff daily. Terrible internal systems setup and deployments in critical sales times. Really amateur leadership

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend working at Profitsolv to my worst enemy. The leadership is there strictly cover their own butts my making the lower ranks hit performing metrics. This company is all over the place, makes you think you are not just a number but at the end of the day you are just a number. The management is toxic, communication is horrible, promises are made but not kept, over look internal employees for promotion. Extremely outside hire happy.
