The company is like a revolving door with new reps constantly starting then quitting weeks later. The reps that are amongst the top in the entire office also seem to leave when they finally reach the draw number for the year. Commission structure makes it incredibly difficult to stay motivated.

The value of learning how to cold call, converse with and sell C Level Executives and business owners cannot be underplayed and has taught me a great deal however, being in a sales role with extremely limited commission potential (at least for the first two years) and a weak product market fit, overpowers the decent base salary.
