I love working here. This is a great company. You need to do basically all the prospecting yourself. Mid Market reps will get a shot at 4 -8 marketing leads per year, otherwise everything else is self driven. There is a need for the product here, which makes speaking to it easier. The C-Suite is excellent. Our CEO is amazing. A lof of the sales leadership is really exceptional and has your back.

It’s ok to work here for a year. After that you start ti notice issues with culture and leadership. Constantly pressured to do more for same or less. Sales team high turnover. New biz only sales which is good bc of all the service issues you’d have to deal with if you also did account management.

Pros: Strong base salary. Local market leader in the space. Cons: low inbound lead volume. Prospecting can feel like searching for a needle in the haystack, selling a complicated product to simple minded business owners.
