Overall an amazing place to work. Base comp is fair and competitive, they encourage a healthy work/life balance and make a conscious effort to build a strong culture for a fully remote organization. OTE is very fair for the product/service offered and deal sizes. Competitive industry but leadership is striving to position themselves well in the market.

Overall great peers, great culture, innovative product, growing industry. Making genuine strides in DEI efforts. Fully remote and flexible schedule. Cofounders are genuine and have a great mindset. Some other senior leaders can range from amazing to incredibly toxic.

Culture is top notch and we are truly an industry leader when it comes to reputation. Overall, the comp could be more competitive when it comes to OTE, but they do a really great job with incentivizing via stock options. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the company and product.
