Overall an amazing place to work. Base comp is fair and competitive, they encourage a healthy work/life balance and make a conscious effort to build a strong culture for a fully remote organization. OTE is very fair for the product/service offered and deal sizes. Competitive industry but leadership is striving to position themselves well in the market.

Overall great peers, great culture, innovative product, growing industry. Making genuine strides in DEI efforts. Fully remote and flexible schedule. Cofounders are genuine and have a great mindset. Some other senior leaders can range from amazing to incredibly toxic.

My overall experience in my first year was better than going into the second. Over-promising when hiring. The structure has changed and it's hard to move from BDR land.
