Fortunately sales leadership takes this into consideration with quotas and expectations creating very achievable goals.
Marketing at Pluralsight is amazing to work with, getting higher influx of leads surrounding events, and lower amounts during off season and holidays.
Finally, they have a very clear path to promotion, and recruits heavily from within the organization. This is very motivating to come in and really make a name for yourself.
